ConsignCloud is one of the easiest consignment softwares to use—we are redesigning it to make it even better.

At ConsignCloud, we are redesigning the software to increase ease of use and workflow efficiency for users, and to increase the speed at which we can add new features.

As we hear back from customers, especially new stores, being able to understand the software and navigate it quickly is always a top priority.

We have put high effort into understanding customers’ needs—visiting stores and interviewing their staff—so that the improvements we make are sure to benefit users.

Additionally, this redesign is creating more stable and modern software which will reduce time spent on fixing bugs and increasing the time spent developing new and improved features.

What Kinds of Changes to Expect

ConsignCloud's big-picture changes are going to simplify navigating the app, condense page layouts, and make actions more intuitive. Experienced users will find their workflows are more efficient which will save them time in their day-to-day tasks. New and inexperienced users will find that the software is more discoverable and tasks are easier to accomplish which will decrease time spent on training. This will be especially useful for users who are not "tech savvy" and have trouble adapting to computer programs.

Dashboards and reports will give stores more comprehensive insights at a glance than our current design, and users will have a greater selection of prefabricated reports and actions (for example, users will be able to populate the dashboard with "quick actions," removing time-consuming or complex workflows).

Expected Redesign Release Date

ConsignCloud is aiming to release the software redesign in Q1 of 2025. With the launch of this redesign, ConsignCloud will also be able to add new and improved features at an increased rate.
