Will consignors get an email every time something sells?
No. Items Sold emails are batched by default, so a consignor who sells five things in a day doesn’t get five separate emails. Some templates also have settings for how often they go out.
Can I choose which consignors get emails?
Yes. All emails start turned off, so you only turn on the ones you want. After that, each consignor’s account has its own Notifications setting if someone would rather not hear from you by email.
Can I see what’s been sent?
Yes. Each template has an activity log showing the last 30 days of emails, you can click on any account to see which emails they've received, and you can also BCC your own address to get a copy of everything that goes out.
