Do I need to buy new hardware?
Nope. ConsignCloud is web-based, so your existing computers, printers, barcode scanners, and credit card terminals all work. If it has a browser, it works with ConsignCloud. For a full list of compatible hardware, check out our Hardware Recommendations article.
Can I keep using Gravity Payments?
Yes. ConsignCloud integrates directly with Gravity as a fully integrated card processing solution. Your terminals stay, your relationship with Gravity stays, and your checkout experience works just like it does today.
How long does a transfer take?
It depends on the size of your store and how quickly you want to move. Some stores are up and running within a few days; others take a little longer. Either way, our team works with you directly and will fit the process around your schedule.
Will I need to reprint all of my labels?
No. Your SKUs transfer over with your inventory, so the barcodes on your existing tags will still scan correctly in ConsignCloud. You can pick up right where you left off without re-tagging a single item.
