Accounting Reports

When it's time to close your books, ConsignCloud gives you the detail and export tools you need to hand clean numbers to your accountant or accounting software.

Balance Entries and Item Sales

Go to Reports → Accounting to find the Balance Entries Table — a full list of account transactions, with account info, date, details, and the reason for each entry. It can be filtered multiple ways and exported.

Reporting → Accounting → Item Sales shows a similar table for sales specifically, including which channel each item sold through (ConsignCloud, Shopify, or Square), the split applied, and more. Click the sale number on any row to open a detail page.

Exporting to QuickBooks or other software

ConsignCloud doesn't have a built-in QuickBooks integration, but exporting is simple: go to Menu → Sales, filter by Finalized date, and click Export for an Excel spreadsheet you can import into QuickBooks or any accounting software using their standard import tools. Since this is usually only needed weekly or monthly, most stores find it quick once it's set up the first time.
