Running a Sale

Ringing up a sale in ConsignCloud is designed to feel familiar if you've used any modern point-of-sale system before.

Adding items

From the POS screen, click the search bar and either scan the item's label or type its name and select it from the dropdown. Once it's in the cart, you can adjust quantity or remove it using the arrows and trash icon.

Taking payment and finishing

Click "Pay $" to move to payment methods. Card payments fill in the total automatically; cash payments need the amount entered manually. Click "Complete Payment," then choose whether to email, print, or print a gift receipt, and click "Finish." To look back at past sales, visit the Sales Table from the POS — Finalized and Voided views are saved at the top for quick access.
