Navigating ConsignCloud

Once you're logged in, ConsignCloud's navigation is designed to get you to the right place fast, no matter what you're working on.

Finding your way around

The main navbar groups your work into a few core areas: Accounts, Items, Sales, and Reports. From here you can manage consignor or vendor accounts, view inventory, ring up a sale, or check on how your store is doing.

You can also use the search bar to quickly find specific items and accounts.

Down at the bottom of the nav bar we have settings and your profile. This is where you can go to log out or switch profiles if you have multiple users at your store.

Getting help

If you ever get stuck, ConsignCloud's live support team is available by clicking "Customer Support" in the navbar. We typically respond within just a few minutes, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. You can also browse our Help Center at any time for step-by-step articles on nearly every feature in ConsignCloud.
