Consignor Portal
Optional
When you're running a consignment store, keeping consignors in the loop is a big part of the job — and the Consignor Portal (available on the Pro plan) gives them a way to check in whenever they want.
What consignors see
Once logged in, consignors can see their current balance, the items they've consigned or sold outright, and their full balance history. They can also update some of their own account information. If you enable the "Show Balance Entry Details" toggle, they'll also see the breakdown of surcharges, discounts, taxes, and splits behind their balance — giving them full transparency into how their portion was calculated.
Getting started
To turn on the portal, go to Settings → Consignor Portal and choose a subdomain where your portal will live. This will usually be something like yourstorename. You can customize the accent color and logo to match your brand, and once it's ready you can turn the portal on. You can manually set a portal invite email for existing consignors and many stores add the portal link to the bottom of their consignor welcome emails.
